VMX Series

The VMX Series vertical machining centers are designed for high-speed cutting, structural rigidity, and machining stability. They are suitable for milling, drilling, and tapping applications involving aluminum alloys, 3C components, general mechanical parts, and molds. All models are equipped with a 12,000 rpm direct-drive spindle, supporting efficient parts machining and finishing operations.

The main machine structures are made of Meehanite cast iron and designed using ANSYS and NASTRAN engineering analysis. This helps provide the rigidity and stability required for parts and mold machining. Depending on the model and machining requirements, guideway and chip removal configurations can be selected to suit different cutting conditions and operating needs.

The series offers a range of axis travels and table sizes, with X-axis travel from 580 mm to 1,650 mm. Models can be selected according to workpiece size, weight, and machining range. The VMX-580/760 are suited to small parts machining, while the VMX-820/1020 accommodate parts of different sizes. The VMX-1100/1300 feature larger tables with a maximum load capacity of 1,500 kg, making them suitable for mechanical parts and mold machining. The VMX-1650 can be considered for larger workpieces.

The VMX-580APC and VMX-820APC are equipped with automatic pallet changers, helping reduce machine waiting time during workpiece loading and unloading and improve productivity in multi-part production.
