FEELER's new generation VDX series focuses on the high-speed mold cutting market, optimizing it for general mold processing, automotive, aerospace, and other component markets.

The VDX features a large throat depth of 650mm on the Y-axis, making it suitable for the installation of a rotary table. Additionally, the 4/5-axis models and fixture configuration space are reserved, allowing it to meet customer requirements in various applications, including special fields. The machine is equipped with the STC (Smooth Tolerance Control) software function, which not only significantly improves the surface quality of machining but also shortens the processing time. It achieves the high precision, high efficiency, and high surface smoothness required for mold processing, making it the best tool in the mold industry.

Machine features:
-Equipped with a standard 15,000rpm direct-drive spindle, ensuring the full output of motor power to the spindle end. Optional oil and gas lubrication can be added to extend the spindle's lifespan through timed and quantified lubrication.
-The Y-axis with a large throat depth of 650mm has wide applicability, meeting the needs of large-size mold.
-The special design of the "A" type column base strengthens the structure and improves rigidity effectively.
-Combined with the STC (Smooth Tolerance Control) function, it significantly improves machining quality and reduces processing time.
