Vertical Machining Center
The QMP Series vertical machining centers deliver stable and high-precision machining performance to meet diverse production needs. Models QMP-23 and QMP-30 are equipped with 12,000 rpm direct drive spindles, while QMP-32 and QMP-40 feature 10,000 rpm belt type spindles, allowing users to choose the ideal configuration for their applications. With rapid traverse rates of 48/48/48 (30) m/min on the X, Y, and Z axes, the QMP Series ensures high efficiency part production.
For special material applications, the QMP Series can be equipped with an ultrasonic cutting system, utilizing high-frequency vibration to reduce cutting resistance and improve surface finish, making it ideal for the precision machining of brittle or high-hardness materials. The machines can also be equipped with a 20,000 rpm spindle to support small-diameter tools, high-speed cutting, and precision machining requirements.
The series also supports an APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) system with pallet change times between 6 and 10 seconds, helping reduce non-cutting time and enabling continuous multi-part production. This configuration increases overall productivity and operational convenience while ensuring both machining accuracy and production efficiency.
