VMX Series

The VMX Series has earned a strong reputation in mold machining and mass production for its high-rigidity structure and high-speed, high-precision performance. Each machine features a high-speed direct-drive spindle and can be equipped with linear or hardened rails to meet various machining requirements. Large streamlined windows and optimized guards improve operation convenience, maintenance, and cleaning efficiency.

Constructed entirely from high-grade Meehanite cast iron, the VMX Series is optimized using ANSYS and NASTRAN finite element analysis, ensuring long-term stability and vibration resistance. The A-frame reinforced column base, servo motor direct-drive ball screw, and 12,000 rpm BBT40 spindle provide superior rigidity, precision, and performance in high-speed cutting.

The series offers models for different applications. VMX-580 and VMX-760 are compact yet rigid, ideal for high-speed machining of small parts. VMX-580APC and VMX-820APC feature automatic pallet changers with exchange times of 6 and 10 seconds, reducing non-cutting time for flexible small-batch production. VMX-820 and VMX-1020 enhance structural rigidity further, with a 45 mm Z-axis roller and worktable loads up to 800 kg for larger parts while maintaining accuracy. VMX-1300 and VMX-1650 with 1,500 kg high-load tables and reinforced construction handle large workpieces, making them ideal for mold and large-part manufacturing.
