VDX Series

The VDX Series is designed specifically for the high-speed mold machining market, optimized for general molds, automotive components, and aerospace applications. With a 650 mm Y-axis throat depth, the machines can accommodate larger mold workpieces, flexibly integrate a fourth axis, and provide space for 4/5-axis setups and fixtures, supporting multi-face machining and specialized applications.

Equipped with a 15,000 rpm high-speed direct-drive spindle, the VDX Series delivers full power directly to the spindle end. Optional oil-air lubrication system provides timed and precise lubrication, effectively extending spindle life. The structure features a reinforced A-frame column base, significantly enhancing rigidity and stability to maintain consistent performance during high-speed, high-precision cutting.

The VDX Series also includes STC+ (Smooth Tolerance Control) for intelligent compensation, improving surface finish quality and reducing machining time.
