CNC Lathe
The FVT Series features a full box way construction, combining high-rigidity feed systems, large-diameter ball screws, and a high-torque spindle to meet heavy cutting requirements for large workpieces. Direct-drive feed motors ensure efficient power transmission and stable performance during extended machining operations.
The spindle is equipped with a two-speed gearbox, delivering up to 4700 N·m torque at 90 rpm, enabling smooth cutting of large components under high torque. The integral cast base includes bidirectional chip disposal, improving chip evacuation and reducing heat buildup to maintain consistent machining quality.
The machine uses a BMT85 hydraulic turret that is simple, durable, and enables fast, stable tool changes. Optional servo or powered turrets are available for specialized applications. A fully enclosed electrical cabinet protects components from oil mist and dust, while the plunger-type hydraulic pump provides stable and responsive operation.
