The box-type base provides a solid foundation for large workpieces, while the fully supported three-axis configuration eliminates overhang and maintains accuracy under heavy loads.

The hydraulically balanced spindle head ensures smooth and steady movement throughout operation. Combined with a gear-driven system, it delivers high torque output and maintains consistent machining performance even under demanding cutting conditions.

Each spindle is made from premium alloy steel and assembled with high-precision, high-rigidity bearings, ensuring superior accuracy in fine boring applications. The Y-axis hard ways are coated with Turcite-B wear-resistant material and hand-scraped by skilled technicians to achieve exceptional positioning precision. The dual hard-way span of 570 mm provides excellent support and enhances long-term machining reliability.
