Vertical Machining Center
The SVW Series features a box-type structure with reinforced rib design, providing outstanding machine rigidity. The full-travel supported table eliminates overhang, ensuring long-term stability and vibration absorption during machining, which enables for high-precision heavy cutting operations.
The spindle uses a fully geared internal transmission with a two-speed gearbox, offering high-torque output at low speed for heavy cutting and increased precision at high speed. Each table undergoes undergo multi-step precision milling prior to assembly, minimizing alignment errors and ensuring consistent performance.
For versatile applications, an optional automatic attachment change system reduces manual changeover time, improving productivity, shortening cycle times, and minimizing machining errors.
