FAIR Controller

FEELER developed the FAIR Controller to ensure stable operation and maximize productivity in automated production lines. It provides real-time monitoring, converts production data into actionable insights, supports flexible work order management, and includes preventive maintenance functions to maintain smooth operation and improve overall efficiency.

  • Equipment Utilization Analysis
    Records and analyzes each machine’s utilization in chart form. Provides comparison between standard operating hours and actual machining time, including monthly and per-machine utilization statistics.
  • Production Progress Gantt Chart
    Tracks the entry and exit time of pallets for each machine, providing visibility into equipment usage. Supports scheduling decisions to improve system and machine efficiency.
  • Monitoring Function
    Displays system operation status in real-time using graphical indicators, colors, and distinct objects. All system activities are recorded for later reference and statistical analysis, enabling managers and operators to stay informed about production line status.
  • Historical Data Management
    Stores start and end times, processing durations, part numbers, product names, and machine information in a database. Supports performance analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Work Order Management
    Includes the function to insert urgent jobs, allowing rapid scheduling of temporary or additional production needs. Provides real-time updates on quantities, yield rates, defect rates, progress, and machine usage to ensure precise production tracking.
