FTC/FTB Series

The FTC/FTB Series CNC lathes are known for compact design and high rigidity. The one-piece cast inclined bed provides excellent stability while minimizing floor space requirements, making them ideal for small to medium parts and flexible production layouts.

Models offer diverse machining capabilities. The FTC-300 occupies just 2.5 m × 1.5 m, with a maximum spindle speed of 6000 rpm, a 6-inch chuck, and a bar capacity of ∅52 mm, perfect for small parts. The FTC-350 supports multiple lengths and modular options including sub-spindle and turning-milling integration, enhancing flexibility. The FTC-450 features a 45-degree high-rigidity bed and 30 m/min feed, with optional turning-milling capability for complex parts. The FTC-640 is equipped with an A2-11 spindle and two-speed gearbox, delivering high torque for heavy cutting on large workpieces.

The FTC Series uses imported linear guides for fast, precise motion. For heavy cutting applications, the FTB Series box way design ensures maximum rigidity. High-precision preloaded ball screws on X and Z axes maintain stable accuracy during long operations. These machines provide efficient and reliable solutions for both small precision parts and large high-torque workpieces.
