QMP Series

The QMP Series vertical machining centers deliver stable and high-precision machining performance to meet diverse production needs. Models QMP-23 and QMP-30 are equipped with 12,000 rpm direct drive spindles, while QMP-32 and QMP-40 feature 10,000 rpm belt type spindles, allowing users to choose the ideal configuration for their applications. With rapid traverse rates of 48/48/48 (30) m/min on the X, Y, and Z axes, the QMP Series ensures high efficiency part production.

For special material applications, the machines can be equipped with an ultrasonic cutting system, utilizing high-frequency vibration to reduce cutting resistance and improve surface finish quality, ideal for precision machining of brittle or high hardness materials. The series also supports an APC (Automatic Pallet Changer) system with exchange times between 6 and 10 seconds, enabling continuous and uninterrupted machining. This design enhances flexibility for multi-part production, increases productivity, and ensures both accuracy and operational convenience.
