The VUX Series is designed around single setup, multi-face machining, featuring a 4/5-axis structure that combines efficiency and precision in a versatile machining solution. It offers a cost-effective entry into 5-axis machining while maintaining high performance, making it suitable for the aerospace, automotive, and precision mold industries.
The VUX-300, 400, and 500 are known for high efficiency and cost performance, completing multi-step milling operations on a single machine. They are equipped with 12,000 rpm (optional 15,000 rpm) direct-drive spindles with oil cooling for stable long-duration cutting. High-rigidity roller linear guides provide enhanced cutting stiffness and durability. With rapid traverse rates of 36/36/30 m/min and a tool magazine capacity of up to 60 tools, overall productivity is significantly increased.
The VUX-300T emphasizes flexible milling and turning integration. Its A-axis tilts from -30° to +120° and C-axis rotates 360°, paired with a Ø200 mm table, enabling complex angles and multi-face machining in a single setup. It features a 12,000 rpm high-speed spindle, rapid traverse of 36/36/32 m/min, and a triple-tank coolant filtration system to maintain clean cutting fluid and extend its life. The AICC II high-speed precision control and Manual Guide i simulation enhance both efficiency and machining accuracy.
