FMH Series

The FMH Series provides a complete solution from precision parts to large heavy-duty machining, suitable for mold production, precision components, and large workpieces. The machines feature a rotary pallet changer with a low center of gravity, optimized for stability, rigidity, and machining accuracy. Combined with roller linear guides and Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis, the FMH Series maintains stability and precision even during high-speed or heavy cutting operations, offering distinct advantages for different production requirements.

The FMH-500 features a low center of gravity three-point support design and a high-low rail base structure, with a modular short-column spindle, providing flexible cutting options and ergonomic operation height. The three-axis thermal control system reduces thermal displacement, ensuring long-term machining accuracy and reliability.

The FMH-630 is equipped with high-load three-axis roller linear guides with high rigidity and low friction, paired with Japanese LUBE lubrication for wear resistance and easy maintenance. CAE-optimized cast rib structures and a dual-layer reinforcement design, combined with 65 mm roller linear guides and enlarged screws, enhance machining accuracy and extend machine lifespan.

The FMH-800 and FMH-1000 feature a 45-degree inclined spindle head for combined vertical and horizontal machining. The T-slot high-base rail structure, servo-driven tool change system, and high-power spindle with gearbox are integrated with a back- wall structure, high-tensile welded steel components, and high-quality cast iron. The APC servo rotary table with oversized locating pins ensures precise positioning. A chain-type tool magazine comes standard with 40 stations (optional 60), and the servo tool change system adjusts speed based on tool weight. These machines excel in low-speed heavy cutting and large-part production, delivering both stability and productivity.
