FT Series

The FT Series lathes combine high rigidity and precise design to meet modern manufacturing demands for efficiency and accuracy. Featuring a 45-degree slant bed the structure enhances stability, improves chip evacuation, and reduces heat effects during long-duration heavy cutting, maintaining consistent precision.

The FT-250 is a high-efficiency machine for multi-process operations, equipped with a BMT65 driven turret and C-axis, allowing turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup. Its twin spindle design integrates multi-function capabilities for complex parts. The orthogonal Y-axis uses a full box way, non-virtual design, providing high rigidity, stable accuracy, and efficient chip management. The servo-driven turret with large-diameter curved-tooth coupling enables fast and rigid tool changes.

The FT-350 emphasizes heavy cutting and stability, with a FEA-optimized base and robust Z-axis and tailstock guide supports for excellent motion accuracy. Equipped with sleeve-type spindles and optional A2-8 or A2-11 spindles, it accommodates diverse machining requirements. The cantilever-style control panel improves usability, while a fully enclosed electrical cabinet protects components from dust and coolant, extending service life.
